We are looking for
Your mission
- Design and implementation of a company-wide cost type and cost unit accounting system
- Responsible for the ongoing cost centre accounting and its further development incl. coordination of the implementation in the ERP system
- Expansion and processing of liquidity accounting incl. planning and forecasting
- Responsible for investment controlling: processing and tracking investment applications, reporting in PowerBI, coordination of investment planning
- Evaluation and costing of articles and services
- Creation of meaningful reports using KPIs
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration with a focus on controlling, internal accounting or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in operational controlling in an industrial company
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Sound user experience of BI systems is advantageous, preferably PowerBI
- Very good knowledge of cost and performance accounting
- Networked way of thinking with conceptual and distinct analytical skills
- Very good written and spoken English

Your mission
As a trainee for warehouse logistics specialist, you will work actively from the very beginning and accompany all logistical processes in the warehouse. The training includes picking and packing as well as the national and international shipping of our products. In addition, you will also learn about the electronic recording of all goods and goods movements in our inventory management system.Your profile
- Secondary school leaving certificate or high school entrance qualification
- Good academic performance, especially in the main subjects
- Sense of order, reliability, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- High level of commitment and willingness to learn

Your mission
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls from customers, sales representatives and suppliers
- General organizational activities
- Handling the administration's ordering system (stock checks, communication with purchasing, replenishment of office supplies, invoice checks)
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail as well as incoming general e-mails
- Ordering business cards
- Planning and coordination of training courses
- Reception, greeting and support of national and international guests
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
- Experience in the relevant IT tools (Microsoft Office, ideally NAV)
- Experience in dealing with telephone systems
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- High customer and service orientation
- Assertiveness, expression and argumentation skills
- You have a conscientious, careful and independent way of working.
