Why was a virtual Koch‑Chemie trade fair created?
Nadine Bartzik: If there is one thing we have learned in the last few months, it is to quickly and yet sustainably break new ground. Fortunately, there are a number of digital possibilities that create a targeted and Corona-compliant implementation of events such as trade fairs. It was important to us that potential and existing customers, partners and suppliers can also exchange ideas with us this year and that we can present ourselves internationally as a system provider. We have therefore converted our well-known Koch‑Chemie trade fair booth into digital form, have created cross-departmental a supporting program and are looking forward to our virtual event in October.
Can trade fair visitors ask questions?
Nadine Bartzik: Yes, there is the possibility to ask questions to the fair team directly at the fair booth in the live chat. Of course, appointments for more in-depth discussions can also be made in the course of the chat. Questions can also be asked during the live streams, which are then answered either directly by the speaker or by members of the trade fair team. We are looking forward to a lot of interaction and exchange with our visitors.
Will there be more virtual trade fairs in the future?
Nadine Bartzik: Definitely. Even when trade fairs can again take place physically, a virtual trade fair is a useful addition, especially because it can be used very specifically for special topics or events. In particular for visitors from all over the world, it is a cost and time effective opportunity.
We look forward to seeing you at our virtual, international Koch‑Chemie trade fair from October 13th to 15th, 2020 and to exchanging ideas. The link to the virtual exhibition booth and all dates of the live streams will be announced at the end of September.
