In the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, there is a lack of adequate protective materials: gloves and face masks are hardly available and disinfectants are also insufficient. As a chemical producer, Koch-Chemie would like to help in the containment of the coronavirus and cover the high demand for disinfectants to some extent by producing its own product. With the agreement of the state government, we are therefore now producing a disinfectant for commercial use.
Koch-Chemie Disinfection is used to disinfect and kill pathogenic germs, bacteria and viruses from the skin and alcohol-resistant surfaces. This solution is based on a recipe recommendation of the World Health Organisation (WHO) and is internationally recommended for hygiene and health care.
Our production has been adapted to the customer’s needs, which have arisen from this crisis. Our aim is to enable our commercial customers to carry out their daily work and to meet the necessary hygiene standards so that the spread of COVID-19 can be contained as far as possible. In order to support as many of our commercial customers as possible, we have defined maximum levy volumes for sales and currently only serve the German market.
