Hydro Minder
Level-controlled filling system for liquids. Different containers can be refilled with a uniformly mixed solution without waiting or downtime. When the level in a container with the liquid starts to drop, the float of the Hydro Minder opens a non-electrically operated solenoid valve. The water flow sucks liquid concentrate into the water stream (Venturi principle) and thus automatically maintains the level of the ready-to-use solution. As soon as the set fill level has been reached in the container, the system switches off automatically. Further advantages of the Hydro Minder are the improved safety for employees due to the absence of contact with concentrated products and the high-quality chemical-resistant material. The economic performance profile is characterised by the easy maintenance and operation of the unit.
