Under the motto "No graduation without a connection", the first apprenticeship fair took place on 05.06.2024 in the Stadthalle Unna. It was enthusiastically received and over 2500 pupils and interested parties came together to find out about various training occupations and study opportunities. At the stands of 80 medium-sized and large companies, they were able to get a taste of the training professions with fun and games.
As a training company, we are always on the lookout for committed new trainees, so it goes without saying that we also had a stand on site to secure the skilled workers of tomorrow.
Anne, Julia and Petra informed some interested young people about our apprenticeships as industrial clerks, warehouse logistics specialists and chemical production specialists and were also able to answer open questions. There were a lot of good conversations and this gives us a positive outlook for the future of young talent in our company.
In addition, contacts were made with the Unna employment office, the Unna vocational college workshop and several others. It remains exciting at KCX!
