On the one hand, we have an extra product range for private customers, which is aimed exclusively at them. On the other hand, there is the possibility to purchase some of our professional products, which we have classified as private customer compliant. You can filter for the private customer compliant products on our website in the respective product category.

We have neither a store nor a factory outlet at our headquarters in Unna. Accordingly, there is no possibility to buy our products on site. Under Contact you can see which online stores and stores carry our products.

Please understand that we are unfortunately unable to provide you with any information regarding your question. We ourselves are a manufacturer and pure B2B dealer and, due to the large number of different inquiries, we can only concentrate on commercial customers and inquiries. Support for private customers is provided by the online stores where you can purchase our products. Therefore I ask you to contact the online store with your inquiry.

We cannot make any recommendation for the application of our products outside the automotive sector or for compatibility with competitor products. We test our products exclusively in their intended application on vehicles and can therefore only make valid statements for these areas.  

If you are dissatisfied with a product or it is damaged, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product directly.

Since our training courses are aimed exclusively at professionals and our content is selected accordingly based on this target group, it is not possible to attend our training courses as a private customer.
